Accessibility Statement
Effective date: July 4, 2026
We want everyone — including people who rely on assistive technologies — to be able to use Stewyrd. This statement describes our commitment, where we stand, and how to reach us.
1. Our commitment
Stewyrd is committed to making our software and website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies. We aim for substantial conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how we build, not a one-time project.
2. What we do
In building and maintaining the Services, we work to:
- use semantic HTML and ARIA roles so structure and controls are conveyed to assistive technologies;
- support keyboard navigation and visible focus for interactive elements;
- maintain sufficient color contrast and avoid conveying meaning by color alone;
- label form fields and provide clear, text-based status and error messages;
- design layouts that adapt to zoom and to a range of screen sizes; and
- consider accessibility in design and code review.
3. Conformance status
We consider the Services to be partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA: most content meets the standard, and we are actively working to identify and fix areas that do not. Because we ship improvements continuously, some parts may conform more fully than others at any given time.
4. Compatibility
The Services are designed to work with current versions of major browsers and with the assistive technologies those browsers support. If you use an older browser or a specific assistive technology and encounter a barrier, please let us know so we can help and prioritize a fix.
5. Feedback & assistance
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Stewyrd. If you encounter a barrier, need information in a different format, or want to report an issue, contact us at accessibility@stewyrd.com. Please describe the problem, the page or feature, and the browser and assistive technology you were using; we aim to respond promptly and to provide the information or assistance you need through an alternative method where necessary.
